THE LODGE.
The lodge nestles amongst Birch, Conifer, Pine and Spruce trees, providing a true immersion into nature.
The wooden veranda is perfectly placed from which to admire the lake, and being South facing, on a sunny day; benefits from all day sunshine. To the front of the lodge there is a small lawned garden, with it's own fishing platform just steps away.
To the rear, there is a shaded wooded area. The lodge and lake rental includes fishing for two anglers. One additional angler may be added (chargeable).

The living room features a log effect gas fire, for that cosy log cabin feel, warm and toasty for those long Winter evenings.
There is a TV with Freeview and DVD player, so you don't have to miss Coronation Street! The two sofas easily convert into two single beds, allowing extra sleeping room, offering a maximum occupancy of five. The living area leads to the fully equipped open plan kitchen.
There are two bedrooms in the lodge, one double and one single. In addition, the two sofas in the main living area convert into single beds. Duvets, pillows, linen and towels are all provided, so no need to worry about trying to squash puffy duvets into the boot of your car!
*All bedding, linen, and towels are provided for your use. (Expressly, not for use outside of the lodge).
The lodge kitchen is nicely equipped, ready for your other half to cook you breakfast in bed! All you require is the food.
A shower cubicle, vanity sink and toilet make up the bathroom, with instant hot water, being provided by the combi boiler.

The wooden veranda overlooks the lake, and offers a truly restful space from which to absorb the sights and sounds of nature. Relax on a sun lounger whilst reading, listening to the birdsong, or simply watching the sun go down.
Given the open countryside here at Lakeview Lodge, we are privileged to witness some of the most spectacular sunsets. On a clear night, there being no light pollution, the star lit skies are a wonderful scene. Curl up on a lounger with a cup of hot chocolate, and stargaze before bedtime...
On a fine day, mealtimes can be enjoyed on the veranda, There is a dining table with a sun parasol, and large gas BBQ for your use. The neighbouring fishery has it's own diner, which is open daily, should cooking not be on your holiday agenda!
The lodge has it's own fishing platform just steps away, helpful to those who have limited walking, or for those anglers who just wish to remain close to the lodge.
Fishing for two anglers is included for the duration of your stay, either. One additional angler many be added, to your stay, priced at £35pp per 24hrs.
Lodge guests have their own parking area immediately outside the lodge. Sorry, no vans/trucks permitted.
